I am so excited to begin this blog...

Today is the first day of this blog and I am excited to begin.
I am going to keep this short today, but just tell you alittle about our family.

I was a single mom for a long time with my oldest son, his father is not in his life. Well I was married and had two more children (our middle kids) and after awhile of being abused, yelled at and crushed down emmotionally- we got a divorce and it was a very long journey of the divorce and rough one. In the middle of my divorce I met a wonderful man, who now is my husband (Feb.2010) just recently got married. But we have been together over 5 years. He came into this marriage, single and no kids- taking on 3 kids that were not his with alot of BAGGAGE on my end. Struggling to find who I was and be the best mom I could be, I thought while drinking away my pain. Years later to current times, we are happily married and he has definitely brought consistancy in our home, brought balance and unity! He has helped me get through the rough times and even tried to help out with my x and our battles.

Our family has grown, and we are so strong now compared to back then. It has been alot of ups and downs. celebrations. tears and struggles. BUT it is all worth it to see where we are NOW. where we came from to where are currently...

The struggles and the ups/downs are not over.. we about to go into a journey with our oldest son, turning a teenager next month. our youngest daughter, going into toddler years and torriable two's and potty training. our middle children- going in between 2 homes, is always an adventure. And just being newly married, still ironing out what we want for our future, blending thoughts of discpline, money and so on.

Life is a journey, and I truely thank God everyday for my wonderful husband, I do not have to do this alone.

* If you decide to follow my blog here.. you will not only hear about our families life and our journey, but you will also gain a friend and someone who will try to help you anyway I can- by sharing and discussing LIFE with you.

Until the next blog...
